We asked a number of single women about the things they looked for when
meeting men. Analysing answers given by women, we have compiled a list of the
top things that they look for in men and that they think are attractive.
Guys, read this list to improve your dating abilities and to make your night
and hers much better.
Creativity
OK, while this pulled in at 31%. This means that 1/4 of our women said that they
want a creative dating guy. Anyone can take them to dinner and dancing, but
coming up with something innovative was really impressive.
Listening
I know this one is hard for some of you men, but 40% wrote down "A man who
listens" as a dating favorite. This dating tip might not be your thing, but
remember, if you can't do it, you are cutting out 40% of potential dating
partners.
Show Interest
Ask her about her life, her job etc. Showing interest came up 41% of the time
on our dating survey. Women not only wanted to learn about you, but they also
want to know that you are interested in them.
Well Dressed
So you thought that she wasn't looking. You were wrong. 45% of our women fell
for a sharp dressed man. They said that it is nice to have a man who looks like
he took a shower and actually put some thought in to what he is going to where.
This dating tip included hair cut and shaving.
Walk To The Door
That's right, get out the car. 49% of women claimed that being walked to the
door at the end of the night and having the doorbell rung at the beginning of
the night made the dating experience ten times better. They claim it shows
effort on his part.
Say it and Mean it
If you say you are going to call, for goodness sakes, call. If you say "pick you
up at 8", be there at 7:45. While you may have thought this to be nice 53% of
our women thought it to be vital to a good dating experience. No one wants to
be toyed with so mean what you say.
Sense of Humor
This dating favorite pulled in at 52%. Our women want to laugh and have a
loose guy that can make that happen. So pull out your favorite one liners boys.
Flowers
Well more than half of our women mentioned flowers when it came to dating. 60%
claimed that no matter whether it is the first or tenth date, when he shows up
with flowers they automatically smile and it is a great night opener.
Pick up the Check
This applied to the first date, but 70% of our women said that when it came to
a first date the man should be responsible for the check. They didn't say it
had to be on every date, but the first one made a difference as to whether
dating was to continue or not.
Compliments
And Finally, a whopping 87% of our women put down compliments as a dating
favorite. So start noticing her hair and her dress, her shoes and her eyes if
you want to make it happen.
